Our <a href=\"\/?page_id=3\">Privacy Policy<\/a> forms part of these terms. If you do not agree to them, please do not place an order.<\/p>\n<h2>1. Who we are<\/h2>\n<p>&#8220;We&#8221;, &#8220;us&#8221; and &#8220;our&#8221; mean Avdistro, 303 Airport Road, Tyendinaga Mohawk Territory, Ontario, Canada K0K 1X0. &#8220;You&#8221; means the customer placing an order.<\/p>\n<h2>2. Wholesale accounts<\/h2>\n<p>Anyone can browse our catalogue, but only verified account holders can place orders. To open an account, email clear photos of the front and back of your status card to <a href=\"mailto:info@avdistro.ca\">info@avdistro.ca<\/a>. We may ask for further information before approving an account.<\/p>\n<p>We decide at our discretion whether to approve an account, and we may suspend or close an account if the information provided is inaccurate or these terms are not followed. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for orders placed through your account.<\/p>\n<h2>3. Legal age<\/h2>\n<p>Tobacco and nicotine products are sold only to people of legal age, which is 18 or 19 depending on your province. By placing an order you confirm that you are of legal age. We will never sell or ship to anyone under 18, and we may cancel an order immediately if we believe the buyer is not entitled to purchase the products.<\/p>\n<h2>4. Placing an order<\/h2>\n<p>Add products to your cart, go to checkout, review your order and delivery details, accept these terms and place your order. We will email you to confirm we have received it. Your order is accepted once we have confirmed the products are available and your payment has been approved.<\/p>\n<p>If a product is out of stock, we will let you know when we expect it back and you can choose to wait or cancel.<\/p>\n<h2>5. Prices and payment<\/h2>\n<p>Prices are shown on the website in Canadian dollars. Our catalogue is large and a price may occasionally be wrong. We check prices as part of processing every order, and we may cancel orders affected by a pricing error. Any shipping charge is shown at checkout before you place your order.<\/p>\n<p>Payments are processed through a secure third-party payment gateway and are subject to authorization by your card issuer. If payment is not authorized, we cannot accept the order.<\/p>\n<h2>6. Shipping and delivery<\/h2>\n<p>We generally process orders within 2 to 3 business days. This can take up to 7 business days depending on order volume and holidays. When your order ships, we will email you a tracking number. If you have not received one after 7 business days, contact us at <a href=\"mailto:info@avdistro.ca\">info@avdistro.ca<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2>7. Title and risk<\/h2>\n<p>Products are your responsibility from the time of delivery. Ownership passes to you once the products are delivered and we have received full payment, including any shipping charges.<\/p>\n<h2>8. Cancellations, returns and refunds<\/h2>\n<p>See our <a href=\"\/?page_id=11\">Refund and Returns Policy<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2>9. Our rights<\/h2>\n<p>We may remove products from the website, change prices, and refuse or cancel orders at any time. We may update these terms without notice, but changes will not affect orders we have already accepted.<\/p>\n<h2>10. Product information<\/h2>\n<p>Product descriptions are kept short and are correct at the time they are added. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude warranties and conditions implied by statute or common law. You confirm that you can legally enter into this agreement and that the information in your order is accurate and complete.<\/p>\n<h2>11. Limitation of liability<\/h2>\n<p>We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability to you will never exceed the price of the order giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.<\/p>\n<h2>12. Events outside our control<\/h2>\n<p>We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, strikes, severe weather, fire, flood, epidemics, telecommunications failures and acts of government. We will let you know as soon as possible if this affects your order.<\/p>\n<h2>13. General<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>If we do not enforce a right under these terms right away, we have not given it up.<\/li>\n<li>These terms are the entire agreement between you and us about your order.<\/li>\n<li>You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these terms. We may transfer ours.<\/li>\n<li>If any part of these terms is found invalid, the rest stays in effect.<\/li>\n<li>Nothing in these terms affects your rights under the law, including your right to a refund for defective products.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>14.
