What we collect

• Account and order details: your name, business name, email address, phone number and billing and shipping addresses.
• Verification documents: photos of the front and back of your status card, which you email to us to open a wholesale account.
• Website information: your IP address, the pages and products you view and how long you spend on the site. This is logged for statistical purposes.

Card payments are handled by our payment processor. Other than the above, we make no attempt to identify visitors or their browsing activity, except where a law enforcement agency exercises a warrant to inspect our logs, or where we are required to produce records to meet our legal obligations.

Status card photos

Status cards contain sensitive personal information, so we treat them with extra care:

• We use them only to confirm that you are eligible for a wholesale account.
• Only the staff who handle account verification can see them.
• We store them securely and delete the photos within 30 days of verifying your account.
• We keep the card details we need for our records, such as your name, registry number and band, for 6 years after your last order, as required for tax purposes.

How we use your information

We use your information to verify and manage your account, process and deliver your orders, answer your questions and meet our legal obligations. We limit what we collect to what we need for these purposes.

Accuracy

We store personal information on paper and electronically in ways that prevent unauthorized access, use, disclosure or disposal. We keep it only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.

We do not share your personal information with employees or third parties who do not need it, unless you consent. Partners who handle information for us, such as shipping carriers and our payment processor, have agreed to meet our standards of privacy, confidentiality and security.
